The Windsor of Cape Coral Greg Madsen Wins 2018 FSLA Sales and Marketing Director of the Year

Greg Madsen, from The Windsor of Cape Coral, has won the Award for 2018 Sales and Marketing Director of the Year. This award recognizes an outstanding Sales and Marketing Director who demonstrates leadership and management of the community’s marketing and public relations efforts; demonstrates innovation in formulating new ideas; generates and maintains good relationships with prospective and current residents; provides exemplary guidance in directing an efficient and successful marketing program; and displays integrity and a high standard of ethical behavior.
At The Windsor of Cape Coral, Greg has worked extremely close with families, building trusted relationships and truly exemplifying a reliable advisor. One example of Greg’s heart of gold is when a mother was scheduled to move in and on the way to the residence to sign the contract, their car broke down. Greg drove and met them, stayed until their car was taken care of and then drove them to their home.
He has also been innovative in his marketing campaigns including working with the local Alzheimer’s Association to conduct a One Memory Campaign where he worked as the interviewer to film special memories shared by residents which was then broadcast on the local news. Additionally, he participates in several civic activities and volunteers outside of his community.

Greg was honored on July 25th at this year’s Florida Senior Living Association’s 8th Annual Conference at Marriott Harbor Beach Resort in Ft. Lauderdale.
