Associates at Legend at Capital Ridge Assisted Living were recently awarded the Challenge Coin from Engine 4 Fire Captain, Ty Christian. The award is given to firefighters or citizens who step up to a challenge. Samatha Blanchard, Jessica Striton, Zoe Mitchell, Reesha Jackson and Casie Wilson were recognized by the chief for their preparedness and attention to safety.
Legend at Capital Ridge is a residence of Legend Senior Living, headquartered in Wichita. “We are proud of our associates for always putting the residents first. Legend residences work diligently with local fire, police and emergency crews to maintain strong communication. Ongoing training of staff as well as regular disaster preparedness meetings and drills are conducted to ensure that all associates and residents are safe in the case of any possible emergencies.
