  • Residence Director
    Our Residence Directors assumes responsibility for the operations of the residence in accordance to policies, procedures and regulations.  Maintain assessments, service plans, managed risk agreements and resident files, quality assurance and pass QA on a monthly basis.  Select, supervise, evaluate all staff and provide orientation for all staff.  Maintain an in-service program for staff and all personnel records.  Prepare marketing and activity of staff schedules in a timely manner.  Adhere to a marketing plan to reach full occupancy.  Maintain a waiting list to preserve full occupancy, apartments, common areas and grounds.  Operate within the budgeted guidelines. Complete all administrative and financial records in a timely manner.  Maintain the safety and security of the residents, staff and guests. Postions are available at the following locations:


     
  • Health Care Coordinator
    The HCC is primarily responsible for the health care services of the residence.  LPN or RN license is required.  The position participates in service planning, as well as the renewal and maintenance of these plans.  The Health Care Coordinator supervises and coordinates the work of various aides to meet resident needs.  Additionally, the position is responsible for providing clinical services to residents and training aides on a variety of clinical subjects.  Positions are available at the following locations:

  • Life Enrichment Coordinator
    The Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for the planning and implementation of life enrichment activities for the residence.  The position develops the monthly calendar of events and activities as well as determining appropriate programming for the residents.  Positions are available at the following locations:

  • Food Service Director
    Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of the Food Service Department and provides food services for residents and our Associates.  Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to determine quality and quantity of food required; plan menus and control food cost; work closely with Residence Director and consult with Dietitian when necessary; select, orient, and train new Associates within the department; provide counseling to staff and institute disciplinary measures as needed; complete performance evaluations on schedule and daily supervision of the dining services staff.

  • Cook
    The cook is responsible for providing quality meals to residents according to menu guidelines and Gold Leaf Dining standards.  The position is required to maintain standards of kitchen cleanliness and guidelines for proper food handling and preparation.  Positions are available at the following locations:

  • Maintenance Director
    The primary function of the Maintenance Director is to maintain and repair the structure and grounds for the residence.  Additionally, the position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing the equipment and operating systems of the building.  The Maintenance Director coordinates work done by outside contractors on the residence and its equipment and systems.  Positions are available at the following locations:

  • CMA
    Certified Medication Aides provide many of the same forms assistance that are provided by the Certified Nursing Assistants.  In addition to the daily care needs, the CMA assists licensed nurses with medication administration and documentation basic nursing activities.  CMA’s are a key part of the support we provide in our assisted living and Reflections memory care residences.  Positions are available at the following locations:

  • CNA
    Certified Nursing Assistants provide hands on assistance with the daily care needs of our residents.  This role assumes responsibility for resident care and services including personal needs, grooming and hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interaction, and meals.  Additionally, the Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for routinely monitoring the resident’s comfort and responding to periodic needs.  CNA’s are critical to the delivery of quality service throughout each assisted living residence.  Positions are available at the following locations:

  • Laundry Assistant
    The Laundry Assistant performs laundry and houskeeping duties as assigned by the Residence Director.  One year commercial or institutional laundry experience required.  Positions are available in the following locations:
