Tulsa, Oklahoma - Legend Senior Living today announced plans to construct a free standing assisted living and memory care residence in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Legend at Mingo Road Assisted Living and Memory Care will be located at 7902 South Mingo Road, and consist of 57 private apartments for assisted living and 18 private suites dedicated for Memory Care.

Legend at Mingo Road will provide daily assistance to older adults who no longer wish to live alone, but don't require the advanced level of skilled medical care provided by a nursing home.  The care model emphasizes a homelike residential design and programming developed to help older adults maintain a rich quality of life.

Reflections Memory Care Residence at Legend combines beautiful private suites with state of the art life enrichment programs, therapy and trained staff to meet the needs of individuals with memory impairments such as Alzheimer's Disease and other dementias.

 WDM Architects, Wichita KS, designed the residence. The Law Company, Inc is the general contractor. Construction is scheduled to start in August 2011, with a completion date of August 2012.
